NACD Conference Room Rates

A block of rooms have been reserved for January 29 - February 3, 2010 at a rate of $170 per night. This rate may be extended three days prior to the beginning and after the ending of the NACD meeting based solely upon the hotel's availability.

Early-bird discounted hotel room rates are also available at $155 for a room with two double beds. The discounted rate requires a two-night room and tax non-refundable deposit at the time reservation is confirmed. Early-bird reservations can only be made until Monday, November 30, 2009.

Reservations

To make reservations for rooms at the regular rate, please visit the regular rate reservation Web page. To reserve a room at the early-bird discounted rate, please visit the early-bird reservation Web page. You can also make reservations by phone at (800) 445-8667 (HILTONS). Be sure to identity yourself with National Association of Conservation Districts.

The deadline for hotel reservations is January 1, 2010. The early-bird room rate will only available until November 30, 2009. If you have difficulty getting a room at the hotel before the cutoff deadline, please call the NACD office at (202) 547-6223 so we can try to help.

Transportation and Parking

The hotel is a 25-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately $40-45 one way. Shuttle service is available at a discounted rate for those who purchase a round-trip ticket.

If you plan to drive or rent a car at the airport, the hotel charge for self parking s $7.00 per day. Valet service is $12.00 per day or $16.00 overnight.
