NACD Conference Room Rates

Single/Double Occupancy Room $169.00 per night

Single/Double Occupancy Club Rooms $199.00 per night
Please note: There is a 25.00 for each additional person above double occupancy.

For those interested in either arriving a few days before or staying a few days after the conference, the rates are offered three days prior to and after conference dates (based on availability).

Reservations

To receive NACD’s conference rate, you must make your reservations by January 9, 2009. To make reservations, attendees should call (888) 627-7033 and identity themselves with National Association of Conservation Districts.

Transportation and Parking

Shuttles from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport are available through Airport Shuttle New Orleans. To book a shuttle from the airport go to http://www.airportshuttleneworleans.com/faq.html or call (866) 596-2699. Current prices are $15.00 one way and $30.00 round trip.

Taxis are also available from the airport and current fares run around $28-30. Transport time is thirty minutes, depending on traffic.

If you plan to drive or rent a car at the airport, the charge for hotel parking is $30.00 per day, valet service only, with free in and out as needed. There is other parking available nearby, but, for security purposes, we do not recommend parking outside the hotel valet.
